GCSE 2010 Call for Papers Global Conference
on Systems and Enterprises (GCSE) organizers are issuing a call for papers
for presentations at the second annual GCSE conference in Hoboken, NJ (Right
across the Hudson river from Manhattan) in November 2010. GCSE is one of the
only annual conferences focusing exclusively on the convergence of complex
large-scale systems and enterprises of critical importance in society. Submission
Instructions • Submitted papers must not substantially overlap with papers
that have been published or that are simultaneously submitted to a journal or
a conference with proceedings. • Papers should be at most 20 pages, using at least 11-point
font and reasonable margins on A4 or US letter-size paper (8.5 inch x 11 inch). • Reviewers are not required to read the appendices, and so
submissions should be intelligible without them. • Each submission should start with the title, abstract, and
names and contact information of authors. • The introduction should give background and summarize the
contributions of the paper at a level appropriate for a non-specialist
reader. • Papers must be electronically submitted in PDF format
and must be received by the deadline of September 1, 2010 • Authors of accepted papers must guarantee that their paper

2nd Annual Global Conference on Systems and Enterprises (GCSE) Theme: Cognitive and Intelligent Systems and
Enterprises November 10-11, 2010 Hoboken,
NJ (Across
the Hudson River from New York City) The theme for the GCSE 2010 conference is Cognitive and
Intelligent Systems and Enterprises. Papers on any aspect of organizational
and systems cognition and learning is welcome. Paper submissions in the

Enterprises (November 9-10, 2010, Hoboken, NJ) The GCSE organizing committee is
inviting a highly selective group of experts and academics with research
interests in Cognitive and Learning Enterprises to attend a global expert
roundtable in conjunction with GCSE 2010. It is anticipated that the outcomes
of the workshop will be published as a reference book on the state of the art
of cognitive systems and enterprises. The roundtable will be by invitation
only, but the sessions will be available online on the GCSE website within a
few weeks after the conference. Visas Registered conference participants who
require U.S. visas should contact the conference organizers to ensure timely
issuance of invitation letters. |
